change your path, not your shoes

When it comes to making life-changing decisions, it’s all too easy to get stuck in one of a variety of ruts that always seem to be readily available.

Consider: If a new decision you’re facing gets made in the same way and for the same reasons as all the other decisions that came before it, what’s going to happen? You’ll end up walking the same path, just wearing different shoes. You may feel different for a moment, but ultimately you end up in the same place.

So to avoid ruts, don’t just change shoes – change paths!

“cause & effect” made simple

If you are experiencing an Issue that is a Cause, then there is no “Next Step Forward”; you simply need to stop, face it squarely, and then address it.

If you are experiencing an Issue that is an Effect, then your “Next Step Forward” is to trace, face, and address its Cause!

Piece of cake! ๐Ÿ™‚

so you think you’re a realist, eh?

Is your current perception of “the way things work” truly an accurate picture of reality?

Or is it really just a default assumption of “the way things work” based on “the way you’ve worked things”?

be the ball

Sure, sometimes they may get to hum the tune you gotta dance to…but remember thatย you get to put words to it!ย  ๐Ÿ™‚
