the 3 qualities of an abundance mentality

Kindness, generosity, courtesy.

See to it that you resist the temptation to ever treat these as an investment. Instead, consider them to be low-cost, high-value gifts that can be distributed freely, openly and broadly – anywhere, anytime.

reflect on yourself to expect for yourself

You’re not doing yourself or anyone else any favours by trying to be what people expect.

Staying the same as everyone else doesn’t make everyone else happier — it just allows them to comfortably persist in avoiding self-reflection.

So stay focused on becoming what you expect – your best!

don’t just “live & learn”, learn & live!

“Live & learn” is the advice commonly offered us after we’ve made some sort of mistake, the nature of which required us to pay a rather hefty price. The implication is that having paid that price is what gives us the opportunity to “learn a valuable lesson”.

For myself, though, I think it a far better, wiser, and more comfortable proposition to live according to the mandate: Learn & Live!

Naturally it takes a little more upfront effort, but why not give it a try and see how it works out for you.

why you “didn’t think of that”

Ever receive some useful advice that seems so self-evident that you find yourself saying “Hey, why didn’t I think of that!”?

Yeah. Well, the reason you didn’t think of it is most likely because you were paying far more attention to what you were feeling.

A little self-discipline goes a long way…
